[0:00] okay we are advancing a little faster than I thought so I'm going to go forward for a moment and then we're going to go backwards and the reason is is we've got some advanced people obviously very Advanced uh they're working with some very high-end clients and including themselves um that this is making a lot of sense and so the conversations in the last couple days even from that early release that there's very few of us out there working on something like this so I want to kind of touch on some questions that were part of the bone itself and then how to advance it into more of a programming sour understanding uh what you can do with it but then I want you to kind of think for yourselves as you're as you're pushing it and I'll touch on that a little bit so let's look at this is the basic breakdown of a tibia so the Tiffany fibula which is the reason I use that uh is the UFC fighters that we used in video one this is where they broke their fracture so one of the questions that made sense was how did the bone react first we have to step back and understand something our human adaption of what the body is
[1:00] capable capable of excuse me uh has been broken down too far so we have to take a step back and go this doesn't understand that it's only supposed to go this way or this way it is spherical in nature and designed to protect itself and react to every stressor meaning any direction any kind anything that's capable of doing up to its capacities is how it's designed automatically with our knowledge or not is where the thing that has to be really explained as I explain this so when you think of like our everyday stuff for those who are advanced these micro fractures as we explain this happen whether you know about them or not now that we know about them we can use them to our advantage so the basic bone on the outside will some of the confusion is cortical so the outside of the strong point of the bone or the bone that you're used to is just called the cortical intraid is trabecular so we're looking at a system that is not one piece but it doesn't
[2:00] know that it's in unison and working full synergies with every system that's part of the human body meaning everything has an opposite equal reaction constantly in motion inside we are not a solid piece structure we are molecules moving in a million miles a minute reproducing consistently on on a level that we can't even fathom really and that we have to take into consideration so when we look at if we had that normal bone fracture that you saw why should we talk normal but no one would be surprised to say okay it broke we put it back together we see the healing point in those x-rays like we talked about and we can see that it got thicker on both sides with calcium buildup well what's going on is when you impact or you have high impacts or you train extremely hard is what's called micro fracturing we know that and what happens is is that little tiny cracks throughout the entire bones happen because it's handling pressure and we use it to say a weight lifter first or a person who's who's handling weight it's coming this way so
[3:00] they crack down if you're looking at someone who's to say let's say Jiu Jitsu and the reason there's a reason I'm saying this is we're taking that and we're actually or twisting the bone in different directions so if you look at especially a leg Locker guy I mean you're just cranking the hell out of your legs so you're looking at somebody that's really twisting this direction so it's doing this in this articulation so if we think of that it's imagine that twist like a sponge going this direction that all those little internal connectors are being broke apart and then the external cortical is being cracked and small all over the place in reality uh small places to where the body has to react to that so it sends the chemicals down and it replaces or rebuilds that which builds up a stronger potential bone density now this again this is going on without anybody even knowing and it just naturally happens but you'll notice too when you go in or you've said it out loud and not even realize it of going I've trained so hard today I heard clean down to my bone in reality
[4:00] it's no different than a sore muscle your body knows that it's down there trying to repair damage that you created for whatever Choice it was or sport you chose and it's reacting to it and it you're feeling and noticing that it's in the healing processes so what's going on without you knowing it and you felt it that you've literally trained from the musculature if we look around that all the way down to the bone now when we advance that we start to get into and there's a reason I have to touch on this one when we start to look at this is just the left hand of we can now control or at least understand to be able to start to utilize this basis of science to our advantage again this is not new this is thousands of years old maybe it's not to this description I don't know I really don't know but when we look at energy and break it down like Nikola Tesla we look at waves and hurts and different things we can see that so if we take a rock and we throw it into a pond we see energy waves that
[5:00] transfer into the water well when you strike something it's no different when we hit an impact those energy waves go through us at different levels and then as we look at the source and let's use this as say a percentage base for you science guys let's say a hundred percent of impact is taken on where we should be striking if we're a normal perfect world of the main two Knuckles here which we'll put this in the v point and as you're seeing it goes in two directions we're gonna have the energy go this way and the energy go this way because that's what happens it kind of goes in a circle you know in a half moon fashion if you will and it kind of comes out so we can go 100 here 70 here 50 here and those energies disperse just like those water waves so we also have to take knowledge in that and going that means at a molecular level our body responds to this so it responds 100 up here and then down so we're going to go into the one of the systems like the skin to make it make a
[6:00] little easier sense if we're training the main striking perfected world of these two knuckles are you surprised or would you be shocked if I say that these two Knuckles they calloused up a lot and that these two Knuckles that I didn't use did not call us up a lot and most people be like no it makes complete sense and that's pretty obvious then why is it a shock to look at if we are striking here all the time that the majority of the bone density and the musculature is also targeted in that same fashion pretty simple when we think of that so when we start to look at that and break it down in that simple we then can advance that thinking depending upon the individual we're working with but here's where we start to advance it and start to understand some different things and we use kind of a reference source on how easy it is once we look back at it for those that need this so if we look at a boxer hitting in that perfect world is normal when we get outside that normal world if you look at most boxers if they hit wrong which is a normal because in our world I teach Perfectly Imperfect
[7:00] because the percentage base is impossible to always strike absolutely perfect in everything you do at all given times that's just not that kind of world we know that we're our goal is to keep it in this area but in reality we're going to be in these areas at percentages as we go out just like this ripple effect so we look at going okay I'm going to try to get in here the majority of time but I'm going to know I'm gonna hit out here goofy every now and then and reality what happens is if they hit Goofy too hard and it goes beyond our threshold we get boxers knuckle and the majority if you look at percentages is the pinky finger or the Pinko knuckle in those areas in which it boxer recesses or breaks in and it kind of disengages it down low and we know that so we can see that going well I've trained here all the time I didn't train outside of that and we can start to break down those Target points depending upon what type of Striker we're dealing with at where they're going to hit and why so if you look at these kind of areas and we look at someone who's saying open hand or a bare knuckle guy and he's a backhand guy and he's a hammer Fister and he's taking it to the face on guys
[8:00] we want to look at that he's going to really need you know that pinky line up into that pinky finger and even in the Palm uh Advanced quite a bit so we know that because that's his go-to so if he's he's an 80 striker in here and only a 20 striker in here we can start to realize that we need a lot of potential in this area and we still need it in here but to not negate this or forget this and only work on the Perfect Two Front Knuckles because that's that's what everybody teaches that's the only place to hit completely not true a lot of guys will backhand I mean those guys are turning around a roundhouse and back hands are striking with these two Knuckles but at times a lot especially if somebody moves wrong is catching a jawline and they're fracturing the midpoint of their hand so in this General Direction guys there are are uh like we tie this kind of things that are getting in there with the hands um you're seeing Strikers or nice Strikers same thing so we can start to look at the Fighter's individuality and that's what I want to start to look at here is there is a generality in all training we we understand that there's a basis of
[9:00] that we've come up with science that says that you know we have the gpp and then we break it down in a pyramidal form I want them to understand that right now that these are for the people that have already got that we already understand that there is a generality that is within this general direction that we're working within once you go beyond that and we start to truly look at the art is you need to look at the individual and their requirements completely for themselves where their individual weaknesses are where their individual styles are where their individual uh genetics come into play how do they heal are they fast healers are they slow healers are they uh are they very hard Strikers to where those bones are taking I mean just considerable amount of damage or are they you know they quickly to where they're they're very fast they're very quick in those strikes so they are getting micro fractures but nothing like those hard impalers and each one of those becomes an outside source of information that we should be that we should be recording or knowing about as we're making these types of changes
[10:00] towards those type of uh Fighters and or combative people or if you're using this in a different scenario then we can adapt it in other ways but this gives you the generality so you have to realize and we'll go back again and touch the simplicities of it we are looking at the outside the inside of every bone we are understanding the Synergy between the two and then it's going on automatically and the fact that this energy that is that is coming is starting to create a higher level availability at where it required or the stressors are put on it the most by the choices we make so it will be week or weaker in areas let's say if you're training up high on the tip all the time or you're doing High steps the lower part will not be as able to handle as much impact as the lower portions and we have to understand this no different than any other training and those micro fractures we create bone density the bone density that is is escalated up to the amount or
[11:00] time and the actual materials that we've trained up to and in time we can look at it and break it down obviously between Styles requirements and the individual and we can do that with any system now and obviously it's been that way for a long time but this is kind of breaking it down to give it a better advancement um again this all started with Louis Simmons and Elliot back at West Side with a lot of ideas that I had already had and it takes a minute because you can see these are not ideas you can bounce off most people um that will make sense but the science can be back then I can show it and one of the biggest when we look at that is someone who uses iron Palm uh or Iron Fist you know they're trained that way and you're looking at guys that will literally hit in every direction over time uh to build up the availability of um the use of their hands at any angle in any articulation and extremely high rates of velocity so they can break or hit rock brick stone wood in any
[12:00] direction it's not even a problem for the hand to do so this is stuff that's used all the time in the martial arts that they've known throughout centuries that again has just been lost a little bit we're trying to dust it off so people can kind of understand that we've we've not utilized thousands of years of information to our best advantage and you can see how easily it does make sense as you're kind of just putting it together that is very trainable and again you know once it's the micro fraction you understood we just build the densities up to where we need them so I hope that helps and touches on that for the people we've been talking to real fast which again is awesome and I will be going backwards to touch on some uh lighter things or I should say the build up on a more of a basic understanding on how to build the basics up because I'm also going to come out and explain the bigger picture of what rocking was designed with West Side intent uh prior and then that will make a little more sense how we're going to tie this all together but here's the more advanced I hope this helps and I appreciate everybody I'll see you guys soon
